2016

In 2016, the United States funded an initiative to keep manufacturing in the country — the result of which was a consortium called NextFlex that focuses specifically on flexible hybrid electronics. NextFlex came to BRIGADE to help build a brand identity that would serve as a recruitment tool and resonate with high-level business leaders in the U.S. to support their initiatives.

This was the beginning of our partnership, and our work helping NextFlex maintain consistent branding and communications across all channels while they grow their national influence.

2017

Following the successful launch, in 2017, we helped the team extend the new brand across all channels — developing new sales and trade materials, OOH collateral, and internal business materials.

2018

In 2018, we collaborated with NextFlex on their annual Innovation Day conference. As part of their growth path, they had to garner support in corporate spaces and encourage up and coming engineers to be part of their efforts. Since then, every year, we’ve collaborated with NextFlex to promote the annual event.

2019

In 2019, we collaborated with NextFlex to promote their flagship Workforce Development program, FlexFactor — a month-long program that exposes students to the vast range of professional opportunities within the field. We developed a cohesive, user-friendly program kit that has helped the program scale nationally. Initially launched in Silicon Valley in 2016, the FlexFactor program has been adopted in schools across the nation.

2020

The FlexFactor program has been so successful that in 2020, NextFlex engaged us to collaborate with eight similar advanced technology institutes to develop their own educational programs for middle school and high school students.
