BRIGADE Named One of Ad Age's Best Places to Work
We’re proud to announce that BRIGADE was named one of Ad Age’s Best Places to Work this year, ranking in the top 50 ad agencies, internal marketing departments, ad-tech firms and media companies across the country. Check out the list here.
This prestigious annual awards program is designed to identify and recognize the best employers in the marketing and advertising industries. It honors those companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces for their employees — taking into consideration features like benefits, company culture, and employee satisfaction.
From our beautiful western Massachusetts headquarters, we’ve gained a reputation not only for an outstanding list of client partners and an impressive portfolio, but also for cultivating a progressive and inspiring workplace in which an eclectic group of designers, producers, account managers, strategists, and copywriters can be themselves and make award-worthy work every day.
Our office is what happens when everyone is encouraged to roll up their sleeves to make something outstanding. We wanted a space that we could brag about – which is how our office got a themeable snack cart with hand-delivered treats; a movie-theatre space and collaboration area called the Den; a fully stocked bar featuring the whole flavor lineup of client SVEDKA Vodka; an endless supply of local, artisanal, hipster-approved Esselon coffee (ground fresh, of course); and thanks to a location decidedly north of Madison Avenue, we’re able to enjoy an office surrounded by green space for summer-time outings and pickup sports.
“The place you work should be extraordinary, but truly remarkable places are made by truly remarkable people. The BRIGADE team is made up of extremely talented and wonderful people. Our clients are more of the same. I feel lucky to be a part of things,” said Kirsten Modestow, BRIGADE’s Executive Creative Director.
Hundreds of companies from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine Ad Age’s Best Places to Work this year. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.
“Be prepared to get jealous. If you’re not employed at one of our Best Places to Work, odds are you’ll attempt to change that after reading this list,” said Brian Braiker, Editor of Ad Age. “From paternity leave and lavish birthday gifts to educational stipends, flex time, team-building trips and more, these companies are innovating on employee perks, benefits, good vibes and inspiring products.”
Come see what makes BRIGADE such a great place to work and meet some of our talented designers at our upcoming Portfolio Review event on November 21st — open to all design students and junior designers. Sign up here.
