We joined forces with Little Red Dot to make their Bak Kwa product approachable and fun — giving a Malaysian snack a California twist. Because the target market includes health-conscious mothers and families, the packaging needed to live in the beef jerky aisle, while also standing out as a different type of snack.
We added a playful, animal-shaped product window to give the consumer a peek at the food and a nod to the fact that it’s a meat product. A friendly and familiar color palette with a matte finish entices consumers to take the product off the shelf and place it into their cart.
