ConvenientMD came to us for a complete brand overhaul as they aimed to capture a larger share of the urgent care space and prepared to launch a new line of primary care services — an effort to bring convenience and a people-first mindset back to preventive care.
Solution
To better speak to the brand’s disruptive mission to make good health more convenient for all, we began with a complete re-positioning and visual rebrand — considering a friendlier logo that retained aspects of their initial brand, a more modern palette, and flexible photography styles. We integrated a simple and human tone of voice, and brought the identity to life across materials such as a website, advertisements, e-blasts, clinic signage, patient paperwork, video and more.
